Wedding Cakes in Dubai – My Wedding Cake Supplier
UPDATE on the below vendor – Unfortunately Little Miss Cupcakes is no longer supplying my wedding cake š This is due to an emergency back in her home town, and she could not guarantee that she will be here on my wedding day. Yes, I am a tad gutted, but these things happen.

Today, I am so excited, I confirmed our wedding cake supplier and she is AMAZEBALLS, Farah from Little Miss Cupcakes!

Now, there are a lot of wedding cake suppliers, bakeries and cake shops in the region and many of them are fantastic, including two of my personal favorites Gourmelicious and the Sugaholic bake shop, however, when I met Farah fromĀ Little Miss cupcakesĀ and saw Farah’s page on Face book and caught a glimpse of her delightful cakes, I just had to meet her and find out more. I don’t usually drool as much as I am about to here, so please excuse my long RAVE!
Farah who is the founder of Ā LittleĀ Miss CupcakesĀ Dubai, hails from Canada and has recently re-located to Dubai ready to take the cake industry by storm, she already has a few clients under her belt here and is active at the ARTE markets in Dubai. I consider Farah to be an artist, she truly does create works of art that donāt feel like they are off a production line. I really am not a fan of traditional style wedding cakes and wanted a cake that reflected Adam and me as a couple, fun, flirty and creative.

When Farah met with me, she brought along some red velvet cupcakes, which were gorgeous, I am also a very picky with taste, and the texture and moistness of the sponge was simply perfect, red velvet can often be too sweet, but these had the perfect balance. I was also impressed with Farah, as after our meeting she sent me two detailed sketches AND a color pallet just for our wedding cake, she also suggested flavors. Farah really does bake and design works of art that taste as exquisite as they look!

After my meeting, tasting her cupcakes, viewing her image gallery and receiving her sketches I decided to bite the bullet and ask her to be my official cake suppler.Ā I also really liked Farah and that is extremely important, sometimes you meet a vendor and adore their work, but if you donāt click and they donāt seem that interested in your wedding or ideas, it can really be a deal breaker.
So there you go, another thing ticked off the list. I really feel like I am making progress now. I am trying to do as much as possible before Adam and I go away in July to the UK, so when I return, I wonāt be to0 bogged down and stressed with plans.

i have tried her cake here in canada and to be honest shes creative but the taste of cake dont ask….all my guests with so impressed with her creation and no one liked the taste …it was very dry and just tasted awful!
I had my wedding cake done by Little Miss Cupcakes and Farah did a beautiful 5 tiered cake. My colour theme and mood for the cake was spring time, and Farah artisically made my cake with detailed pink and purple peonies on a white fondant- pretty, flowery, and delightfully spring! From my one meeting with her about my cake, she captured my ideas and transformed them into a delightful cake. Not only did it look sassy and spring-ish, it the chocolate cake tasted oh-so-good. She also did a “just married” coffee cake for our wedding after party and which paired up great with tea.
With Little Miss Cupcakes, I felt I was dealing with a seasoned cake-artist who created cakes & delivered to her promise of beautiful looking and yummy cakes. Farah, with our one-year anniversary coming up, I’ve got the top tier stored away in my fridge and am eagerly waiting to dig in š

I had the honour and privilege of having Farah (Little Miss Cupcakes) make a cake for my daughter’s first birthday. Not only was it the most gorgeous cake we have ever seen but it tasted absolutely heavenly. Farah has an incredible attention to the minute details and doesn’t sacrifice taste. We really felt we were receiving a piece of art and hated to cut it, but it was so delicious. Farah is able to transform your idea and wishes into something far more beautiful than you could have imagined yourself. I highly recommend her for all your occasions.
I had Little Miss Cupcakes make my wedding cake back in July 2011. It was everything I imagined and more! I showed her a picture of a cake that I wanted the design to be inspired from. I really didn’t have to give her much direction. She is so creative and her style really speaks to me so I left it up to her and was definitely “Wowed!”. In terms of flavour, the cake was delicious! I wanted a cake flavour that was not on her list and she custom made it for me, just for me. The cake was the talk of our wedding! I would definitely recommend any bride-to-be to order from Farah because not only is she super super talented, she is a sweetheart! And that makes a world of a difference when you have numerous vendors to deal with during wedding planning. She made everything so effortless! Thank you, Farah!!

I remember first coming across Little Miss Cupcakes on facebook and knowing I absolutely HAD to order from her for the next occasion! My little sisters birthday was around the corner and my other siblings and I decided to throw her a very last minute surprise birthday party! I called Farah the day before the party and told her I needed a cake for my little sister and it had to be perfect for her!! Knowing this kind of work take days even weeks of preps, Farah agreed to do it! She made it soooo perfect for my little sister with all the little details that I couldnt even imagine! It not only looked amazing, it tasted even better! I think it goes without saying I was quite upset when I found out she is moving and I wont be able to order any more of her beautifully crafted and deliscously baked cakes! Farah is not only just good at what she does, shes also a very sweet person who really puts in the effort to get to know her clients and will go that extra mile to make you happy!
